The Calgary Canucks Sportsman’s Dinner and Awards night was held on March 4, 2017 at the Coast Plaza Hotel and Conference Centre. The event was an overwhelming success and was attended by approximately 300 guests.
Pat Steinberg of the Fan960 was our emcee for the evening. The Canucks would like to thank Pat for his continuous support of the event.
Our guest speaker for the night was former NHL goaltender Clint Malarchuk. During his speech Clint Malarchuk shared his inspiring and eye opening story, which ended with a round of applause from his audience. For the remainder of the evening Malarchuk spent time mingling, signing autographs and posing for photos with the guests. A big thank you to Clint Malarchuk for being our guest speaker for the event.
